Five Songs By Andrew Bird

Good Evening

Andrew Bird is definitely one of the most talented Indie Folk singer/songwriters I know these days. Trained in the Suzuki method for whistling and violin and with knowledge how to play Glockenspiel and Guitar while writing and singing makes him one of my favourites. Only this weekend I found the time to listen to his sixth studio album, Break It Yourself, which was released on 5th, March 2012. My first impression is that it's not his best album so far (I think that Andrew Bird & The Mysterious Production Of Eggs and Noble Beast were better than that...), still we can find here few pearls like dreamy "Hole in The Ocean Floor" and catchy "Give It Away" as well as the duet With St. Vincent singer Annie Clark, "Lusitania". So here are five choices from his career so far, enjoy

1) Fake Palindromes Taken From Andrew Bird & The Mysterious Production Of Eggs (2005)

2) Natural Disaster Taken From Noble Beast (2009)

3) Lusitania Taken From Break It Yourself (2012)

4) Armchairs Taken From Armchair Apocrypha (2007)

5) Souverian Taken From Noble Beast (2009)
