Five Songs By Florence + The Machine

Good Evening

I most admit that at first I Thought that Florence + The Machine are just a regular group with a strange name. Only when I heard Florence Welsh's voice, I understood that she's one of the powerful voices in the Indie scene nowdays. If you wondered who is "The Machine" so the answer is Isabella Summers, the keyboard player of the band. This London-based group contains five other members: Robert Ackroyd (Guitar), Christopher Lloyd Hayden (Percussion, Drums and Backing Vocals), Tom Monger (Bass), Mark Saunders (Bass, Guitar, Backing Vocals and Percussion) and Rusty Bradshaw (Hammond and Keyboards). Although they've released only two LP's: Lungs (2009) and Ceremonials (2011), they're always on the run, performing and recording intensively. So here're five songs by this band, led by redhead Florence with the haunting voice.

1) Shake it Out (Live) Taken from Ceremonials (2011)

2) Postcards From Italy (Beirut Cover) - Not released

3) Heavy In Your Arms Taken from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse OST (2010)

4) The Dog Days Are Over (Live) Taken from Lungs (2009)

5) Breaking Down (Live) Taken from Ceremonials (2011)
